Sarah Cooper

Sarah started at OSL as an Administrator, the role offered flexibility to balance her family commitments. In her first year, she was recognised for her enthusiasm and contribution and appointed as Proposals Coordinator. After adding an APMP qualification to her skills, Sarah progressed to Sales and Marketing Coordinator, before moving quickly to Sales and Marketing Executive, where she led client communications.

Successfully organising OSL’s attendance at the Gastech event in Barcelona showed Sarah’s true skills and led to her becoming Account Manager. Her experience, leadership, and management training, means she can work with and influence right across the business.

“My first job with OSL was the perfect role to introduce me back into working life whilst still striking the balance that a Mum of two small girls needed. The opportunity for professional growth and commitment offered has helped me realise my career goals and is the reason I achieved the 10-year service award in June. I have always felt appreciated, trusted and a valuable part of the OSL growth story,” said Sarah Cooper.

“Sarah has an extremely good understanding of the culture at OSL and leads the business on its Customer Care charter. Coupled with her ambition to progress, Sarah has been a valued member of the team since 2013,” said Robin Etherington, Head of Business Development and Marketing
