OSL attend HETA Apprenticeship Open Day

The OSL team attended the HETA (Humberside Engineering Training Association) Apprenticeship Open Day 12^th April 2023. 

HETA are a leading engineering training provider in the Yorkshire and Humber region and organised the event for local businesses to meet the next generation of Engineers.

OSL Consulting Engineers attended with some of our discipline engineers and our recruitment team to meet youngsters who had secured a place on HETA’s Apprenticeship scheme. It was a great opportunity for us to meet a variety of young people who have a real desire to carve a career in engineering. It also gave us the opportunity to discover what apprentices are looking for in their future careers. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting the next generation of young engineers, answering their industry and technical questions around the different apprenticeships available within our business and giving them an understanding of what to expect from a career within OSL Consulting Engineers.
