OSL's Apprenticeship Programme

OSL Consulting Engineers are pleased to share that our apprenticeship programme has secured two apprentices that joined the OSL Team in August 2023.

The HETA Employer Open Day held earlier this year proved a fantastic opportunity to meet the Engineers of the future. The OSL team were delighted to see so many young people seeking a career in engineering. Our engineers were able to offer advice and guidance, explaining the benefits of starting their career with us and how it could be the ideal first step into engineering.

We identified some great applicants who have joined HETA and are pleased to share that following interview, we have confirmed two positions for this year’s vacancies.

Congratulations to Electrical Apprentice Sam Green and C&I Apprentice Max Budd, we are looking forward to welcoming you both later this year for your placement spent with our team.
