Kirsty Taylor

Kirsty has over fifteen years’ experience working in Accounts and Finance in various industries. She began her career as an Accounts Assistant gaining experience and achieving a Degree in Business and Management. Kirsty joined OSL in 2010 as a Finance Assistant, where she supported all areas of the business accounts and in 2014 completed her Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualification bringing more skills and knowledge into her role.

Kirsty has since progressed to be OSL’s Finance Manager where she is responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance operations. This includes budgeting, financial planning and cash flow forecasts, identifying risks and leading the team responsible for payroll, VAT and HMRC processes. Kirsty also drives the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting procedures.
